We had a dark area in our kitchen and always needed a light on. After getting the solatube installed the difference is literally night and day. We haven't needed the lights on during the day since. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love my sun tube. the difference it makes in my living room is incredible. my living room being so dark (because i have tons of trees on my lot plus a covered patio) was one of the things i really hated about my house, but not any more! if you have a dark room, you should consider getting one of these.

I just had a Solatube in my hall bath, and I am in love!! I have one in my master bath and 2 in my living room, so I knew I wanted one when I decided to renovate. The difference is amazing!

I have two large Solatubes (w/original glass diffusers). After taking them down to get the bugs out, it was a struggle (to put it mildly) to get the diffuser back up. The design (and/or install) is flawed - there are tabs that hold the actual tube in place that interfere with the gasket for the plastic protector.

We live in a 55 year old house with very little natural light. You can't even see down some of the hallways in the middle of the day. We ended up getting 5 Solatubes! Our house is now filled with beautiful, natural light.

The decision to invest in a Solatube light was immediately appreciated. The added natural light in our kitchen was much needed and made a huge difference.

My staircase has been transformed. The amount of light is unbelievable. The only downside is that it was quite expensive and I suspect many would say it is an unnecessary luxury.

Had two Solatubes about a week ago. One in a windowless bathroom and one at the end of the living room. The difference in the bathroom is enormous and I no longer need to put the light on during the day. The living room is also an improvement.

They are the best daylighting device in skylight products and ventaltion. They look great and give you so much natural light in any room and no power needed.

We now have four Solatubes in different parts of the house. The new solar powered night lights that fit into the tubes are fabulous they shine a light so you can see if you get up in the night without putting lights on. I would recommend Solatube to anyone that is needing daylight in their homes.

What a neat concept this Solatube product is, bringing natural sunlight into the home without fading your clothes, towels and bringing heat in. I've been wanting a traditional skylight in my kitchen for some time now and I was at a friends house a few weeks back who just had 1 put in her bathroom, wow what a difference it makes! I had to get more information about this so I went up to their office in Vista which is absolutely beautiful.
