Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation, followed by a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return a non-warranty item, please note the following guidelines:

  • Prior Approval: Non-warranty returns must be pre-approved by Solatube. To request a return, please contact our customer service team.

  • Return Period: Returns must be made within 90 days of the invoice date.

  • Refund Details: Refunds will be issued for approved returns, less any applicable shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact to qualify for a refund.
