Plan before ordering: Listed for garages up to 500 sq. ft. Confirm attic clearance, ceiling construction, intake openings, and exhaust ventilation. Floor area is only a starting point for sizing.

Exchange warm garage air with incoming outdoor air. Cooling depends on outdoor conditions and the available airflow path.

The included remote lets you operate the fan without reaching the ceiling-mounted unit.
This fan provides general ventilation, not refrigerated cooling. It is not intended for hazardous vapors or as a substitute for safe vehicle operation.
Plan the whole airflow path
Fresh air in. Warm air out.
- Outdoor air enters. Suitable exterior intake openings supply replacement air to the garage.
- The fan moves garage air upward. The ceiling-mounted unit exhausts into the space above.
- Attic vents release it outdoors. Adequate attic ventilation completes the exhaust path.
Intake and exhaust openings work together with the fan. A closed garage without an air inlet or a restricted attic exhaust path will limit ventilation.

Thermostat mode
Select cooling mode and a target temperature. The fan switches on above the target and off below it.
Manual mode
Use the remote to turn the fan on or off as needed. Follow the guide to switch between manual and thermostat operation.

This model suits a direct ceiling installation with accessible attic space. Confirm the opening and framing from the instructions rather than using grille dimensions as a cutout template.
- At least 16 inches vertically from the top of the ceiling joist to the roof rafter
- Accessible electrical power near the installation
- Exterior intake openings sized for replacement air
- One square foot of net-free attic ventilation per 750 CFM of fan capacity
- Required fire dampers installed and maintained as instructed
Have your installer review the garage-to-attic separation and local code requirements. Fire dampers do not remove the need to assess the complete installation.
